  • Personality
Calm, bloodthirsty, intelligent, courteous. Nosferatu is perhaps not the typical, cold-hearted villain one would expect him to be. He does look rather odd and intimidating, yet he usually comes across as a friendly old man, the type you wouldn't mind having a chat with. He has a great patience and can be kind enough, both to those he knows and those who he does not - unless he decides otherwise due to a strange whim, and turns into a ruthless murderer. He is, however, usually rather polite towards most dogs - or any other creatures he might come across - and unless one does something he disapproves of, there is little reason to fear. Not to say that he is not a dangerous being, but he is intelligent enough to refrain from starting unneeded trouble, and has a strong enough will to prevent him from going into a frenzy brought on by his thirst for blood.
  • Physical Appearance
Nosferatu's fur is completely black. His tired eyes are brown with a hint of orange in them. His claws and fangs are notable because of their unusual length - the claws are approximately 2. 7 inches long while the fangs are 0. 8 inches longer than on a "normal" dog.
  • History
Before Nosferatu came to Japan he lived in a research station in Romania, where he was examined and tested by the humans in various ways. The reason for him being subjected to this was the fact that his claws and fangs were unusually long, and whenever they tried to cut them short, they would grow back at a rapid speed. They soon discovered that the claws would never grow much longer than 2. 7 inches, though. While doing a wide variety of experiments on Nosferatu, they also managed to make his claws somewhat stronger since, because of their length, they would easily break.

His fangs, slightly longer than normal, were approximately 0. 8 inches longer than they should have been.
The dog was named Nosferatu by the humans, due to his long fangs and claws. Soon, they found out that this specimen seemed to have an unusual affinity for blood, which further proved that they name they had chosen for the dog was fitting.

Nosferatu had not always lived in this research facility – he’d been born wild in the forests of Romania and lived there for barely a month before reports of a “large, black wolf” from people taking peaceful strolls through the forest reached the scientists’ ears. Somehow, they got a hold of Nosferatu while his mother and siblings got put to death by the authorities since they could only keep one of the dogs. Nosferatu stayed in the research station for approximately five and a half years before he was sent to a more advanced laboratory in Japan.

Before coming to that lab, however, he was put in a very run-down pen in a smaller station, and easily managed to escape it. After that he lived a life of travelling and went to many places in Japan, before he finally settled down in Hokkaido. Occasionally he travels away from the island, seeking excitement elsewhere.
